Acceptance of SynapseForge Service Terms

By accessing or utilizing the SynapseForge platform and its associated services, you unequivocally signify your agreement to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service. This agreement governs your interaction with our innovative software development solutions, encompassing all features, functionalities, and content provided herein. Should you dissent from any stipulation within these terms, immediate cessation of service use is imperative. Your continued engagement with SynapseForge constitutes an explicit acknowledgement and acceptance of these legally binding provisions, establishing a contractual relationship between you and SynapseForge, a digital entity committed to advanced software constructs.

SynapseForge Digital Service Licensing Pacts

SynapseForge grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the services strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license is provided solely for your internal business operations or personal use, as applicable, to leverage the functionalities offered by our platform. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of SynapseForge's proprietary software or content is expressly prohibited. This license does not confer any ownership rights to you regarding our intellectual property. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted herein, ensuring the integrity and security of our digital innovations remain paramount.

• You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software provided by SynapseForge, except as permitted by applicable law.
• You are prohibited from using the SynapseForge services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that infringes upon the rights of others, or violates any local, national, or international laws.
• You must not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the SynapseForge services or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content.

User Responsibilities within the SynapseForge Ecosystem

As a user of SynapseForge, you bear the sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including usernames and passwords. You are also accountable for all activities that transpire under your account, irrespective of your direct involvement. Prompt notification to SynapseForge of any unauthorized use or security breach is mandatory. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it diligently to ensure its ongoing veracity. Any content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms, ensuring a harmonious and secure digital environment for all users.

SynapseForge Service Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynapseForge and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Termination of SynapseForge Service Engagement

SynapseForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or follow the specific account termination procedures outlined within the platform, if available. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, ensuring our foundational principles remain intact.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction for SynapseForge

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) and the arbitration shall be held in Johannesburg, South Africa.
